Bull rider Reid Barker suffered a fractured scapula and fractured rib when he was stepped on by his third-round bull on Saturday night.

Barker, who earned his first qualified ride of the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo with a 74-point ride on Pete Carr Pro Rodeo’s Lonestar, slid off the bull just after the qualifying ride. The bull then stepped on Barker’s upper back.
